Overview

In this role you own and develop a portfolio of accommodation partners, driving their growth on Booking.com. You work with cross-functional teams to optimize partner performance and deliver a great experience for customers. You will translate market data into actionable opportunities and support partner enablement through trainings and events. This is a hybrid Palma de Mallorca position with travel up to 50% and a strong focus on data-driven partnership growth.

Responsabilidades

- Identify and engage prospective partners to generate sales and repeat business
- Maintain ongoing relationships with accommodation partners through visits and regular communication
- Act on leads, partner feedback, and competitive intel to inform actions




- Translate statistics and local market insights into concrete steps for partners
- Deliver trainings on online reservation systems to accommodations
- Support and participate in partner events, webinars, and external trade fairs representing Booking.com

Requisitos principales

- Significant experience in account management, sales or business development
- Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Affinity with or experience in ecommerce and/or hotel/travel sales
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Accurate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Team player, self-motivated, flexible and open to change
- Driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
