Overview

As a Land Development Manager, you will lead land development for complex data center projects in Spain. You will work with multidisciplinary and international teams to move sites from planning to construction-ready status. You will coordinate with public authorities, developers, and internal stakeholders to align permits, zoning, and off-site infrastructure. This role offers the chance to shape strategic development plans in a fast-paced, global context. You will help drive efficient delivery and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

- Lead land development activities across multiple data center projects
- Drive zoning, planning, permitting and site development through to construction-ready status
- Coordinate with Acquisition, Construction, Engineering & Design, Utilities, Fiber, Environmental, Water, Power, Procurement and Legal teams
- Develop and maintain permitting schedules and manage project interdependencies
- Collaborate with local, regional, and national authorities in Spain
- Develop and support strategic development plans and regional strategies
- Prepare project status reports, schedule updates,



risk assessments and executive presentations
- Manage Architect/Engineer scopes of work and proposals
- Support funding control and expenditure management
- Identify challenges and implement practical solutions for successful delivery
- Promote development best practices and cross-functional collaboration

Requisitos principales

- 5–10 years of experience in project and/or program management
- Strong knowledge of real estate planning and development including zoning, permitting, planning permissions, utility delivery and off-site infrastructure upgrades
- Demonstrated knowledge of zoning and permitting processes for complex real estate developments in Spain
- Fluent in Spanish and business-level English
- Based in Spain, preferably Madrid or Zaragoza
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience with Spanish public administrations
- Ability to develop and manage permitting schedules and understand project interdependencies
- Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills
- Experience preparing strategic plans and executive project documentation
