In this role, you will lead the regional HSE strategy across Central Europe, aligning with global HSSEQ priorities to drive continuous safety, health and environmental improvements. You will partner with senior leaders and project teams to embed HSE into planning, delivery and operations, promoting a proactive culture of hazard identification and learning. You’ll govern regional HSE performance, manage cross-country compliance, and strengthen HSE maturity through coaching and knowledge sharing. This is an opportunity to shape a scalable HSE program within a multinational engineering and infrastructure group.

Responsabilidades

- Advance a consistent regional HSE culture integrated into project delivery and operations
- Strengthen leadership engagement and accountability for HSE performance
- Foster a learn-from-experience environment with hazard identification and continuous improvement
- Provide regional governance over HSE performance, frameworks, standards, and risk controls




- Lead multi-country regulatory compliance and alignment with global expectations
- Oversee regional HSE network, coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
- Manage risk programmes and assurance activities, including audit support and corrective actions
- Balance global consistency with local regulatory and cultural contexts while driving improvement across the region
- Embed HSE considerations into business planning and decision-making
- Demonstrate leadership during incidents and high-risk activities

Requisitos principales

- 15 years of progressive HSE leadership experience
- Experience leading HSE programs across multiple countries or jurisdictions
- Proven ability to operate in complex matrix organizations
- Strong understanding of HSE management systems, risk management, regulatory compliance, and assurance
- Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Relevant professional HSE qualifications preferred
