In this role you will own high-impact digital finance products at the intersection of finance, AI, and enterprise transformation. You will lead product strategy from discovery to delivery and work with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes for a global user base. You’ll shape AI-powered experiences, focusing on correctness and user trust while enabling adoption at scale. This is a hands-on, strategy-to-delivery leadership role with visibility across the organization, offering the chance to define the next generation of Digital Finance solutions.

Responsabilidades

- Own strategy and roadmap for high-impact Digital Finance products with enterprise-wide visibility
- Lead delivery from discovery to launch and adoption, with success metrics to monitor impact
- Shape embedding of AI, agents, and emerging tech into product experiences
- Drive decisions using customer insights, data, experimentation, and measurable outcomes
- Make prioritization calls backed by data on what to build, integrate, or stop
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Influence stakeholders across Finance, Digital,



and Business functions
- Champion AI product thinking and elevate PM capabilities across the team
- Translate complex business challenges into clear product requirements

Requisitos principales

- Significant product management experience delivering digital products from strategy through outcomes
- Proven track record owning complex product domains with broad impact
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of modern product management principles and data-driven decision making
- Experience managing both delivery and post-launch performance with metrics
- Experience shaping or delivering AI-powered or agentic product capabilities and responsible AI in enterprise contexts
- Technical curiosity and ability to engage credibly with engineering teams
- Experience in enterprise software, analytics, decision-support, or tech-driven environments
- Excellent English communication with global audiences
