Catalan beneficialThere is no salary, guaranteed income, fixed schedule or guaranteed workload.About MadeStaysMadeStays is a property technology company and luxury short stay platform trusted by more than 3,000 guests.We help suitable owners and established operators improve how their accommodation is presented, marketed, distributed and booked.In Ibiza, we're developing relationships with professional accommodation businesses that already have local operations in place.The roleYou'll use your knowledge and relationships to identify suitable villa operators and property portfolios, then connect their decision makers with MadeStays.Your work will include:Building relationships with villa operators, luxury property agents, concierge businesses, property managers and portfolio ownersResearching prospects and contacting relevant decision makersUnderstanding their portfolios, operating arrangements and commercial prioritiesExplaining how MadeStays can support marketing,



distribution and bookingsGathering information about existing operations and property suitability for further assessmentSubmitting qualifying opportunities through our platformProgressing conversations towards commercial discussions and potential agreementsKeeping your pipeline current, with clear next steps and datesWorking with MadeStays as opportunities progress through assessmentMadeStays assesses each opportunity, determines the final service model and agrees the commercial terms. Acquisition Partners cannot approve properties, determine regulatory eligibility, change terms, promise financial returns or enter into agreements on our behalf.Your relationships matterYou might already work with villa operators, manage relationships with property owners or know the people behind established concierge and accommodation businesses.We're looking for partners who can reach those decision makers, understand their needs and identify professionally operated properties with a credible route to a commercial agreement.You'll have access to MadeStays' acquisition platform, structured onboarding, approved sales materials and support. You can work flexibly around your existing career, business or other commitments.Larger operator and portfolio relationships may also be developed through MadeStays' CommissionCrowd programme.What you'll be introducingOur primary focus in Ibiza is Marketing & Booking.MadeStays supports property marketing, distribution and bookings.



Established local owners or operators retain responsibility for delivering the stay, including cleaning, maintenance and guest operations.Each opportunity must meet MadeStays' property, operational and local eligibility requirements. Being within a selected location does not automatically make a property suitable.Every opportunity is assessed. Only qualifying relationships are progressed.Commission£500 for an approved Marketing & Booking operator£1,000 for an exceptional Marketing & Booking operator, subject to written approvalAdditional service models and portfolio opportunities may qualify for bespoke arrangements where expressly approved by MadeStays.MadeStays determines the final service model, property classification and applicable commission. Commission is earned and paid according to the current Acquisition Partner Agreement.Who this suitsYou'll need:At least one year of relevant sales experienceEnglish and Spanish suitable for professional conversations and correspondenceExisting relationships with villa operators, luxury property professionals, concierge businesses or portfolio ownersConfidence approaching owners, operators and business decision makersClear written and verbal communicationThe ability to manage your own pipeline and follow up consistentlyThe ability to identify established operations and gather the information needed for further assessmentCatalan is beneficial but not required.Experience in luxury property, villa rentals, hospitality, concierge, property management, estate agency, travel or business development is particularly relevant. xsgfvud Property acceptance and service availability remain subject to MadeStays' approval, local eligibility and operational readiness.
