ABAI in Madrid is seeking a Customer Service Agent – Banking to support a major banking partner. The role is on-site initially, moving to a hybrid model as you settle in. The schedule is 38.5 hours per week with an afternoon shift from 15:00 to 22:00.
Adecuado candidates hold a high school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent and are fluent in German and Spanish. Banking CS experience is a plus. Training consists of 25 days on-site at ABAI offices in Rivas to set you up for success.
