A construction company is looking for 3 motivated construction laborers and stonemason assistants to join their team in Santa Eugènia. This is an excellent opportunity to work on local building projects with a permanent contract (contrato fijo) and standard weekday hours.

In this role, you will support on-site operations and collaborate directly with the construction and stonemasonry crew. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Preparing materials and tools needed for daily construction tasks
- Moving and handling loads safely around the job site
- Preparing ground and surfaces for building and stonework
- Assisting the team with various manual construction activities
- Cleaning, maintaining, and organizing the work area

To be considered for this role,



no formal academic qualification is required, making it accessible if you are ready to work hands-on. The basic requirements are:

- A valid category B driving license
- 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course certification is an asset
- Having your own vehicle for transport is valued
- Reliability, physical readiness, and willingness to work as part of an active team

What is offered:

- A permanent contract (Indefinit)
- Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 15:30
- A gross annual salary of €20,899.99, according to the regional collective agreement (Convenio de la Construcción de las Islas Baleares)
