A leading savings bank is seeking a dedicated Branch Operations Controller to oversee daily operations, administration, and customer service at their branch in Llucmajor. In this key role, you will take charge of operational coordination and support the branch management across commercial and administrative activities:

- Managing day-to-day commercial, operational, and administrative branch functions
- Handling front-office customer service, cash desk transactions, and financial product administration
- Processing customer financing requests and managing required documentation
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, strict document control, and operational accuracy
- Providing reliable support to the branch manager and actively assisting in local business development





To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

- A completed university degree (second cycle or bachelor's degree)
- At least 36 months of proven relevant experience in the banking or financial sector
- High level of Catalan (C1 / intermediate-high) and solid English skills (B2 level valued)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driving licence (Category B); having your own vehicle is an advantage
- Additional qualifications in financial regulations such as MiFID and LCI are highly valued

What is offered:

- A permanent, full-time contract starting in October 2026
- An annual gross salary of 24,322.20 EUR paid in 12 monthly instalments
- Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:00, with Thursday afternoon shifts (16:00 to 19:00) from October 1 to April 30
