As Head of Brand, you will shape how Perk is seen in the market and embed brand thinking across all touchpoints. You’ll lead a high-impact team to scale a global brand with the swagger of a consumer icon, while supporting business growth in a dynamic B2B market. You’ll own the brand vision, performance metrics, and the largest awareness investments, driving clarity and emotional resonance across regions. This is a chance to create category-defining work that differentiates Perk and fuels strategic growth. Responsabilidades

- Shape Perk's global brand perception and positioning
- Embed brand thinking into every internal and external touchpoint




- Lead the largest brand awareness investment to date
- Manage a senior team across brand, content, campaigns, and creative
- Push boundaries, take calculated risks, and deliver work with emotional impact
- Set the brand vision, ensure operational excellence, and govern the budget and outcomes
- Balance creativity with commercial discipline to scale a beloved, globally consistent brand

Requisitos principales

- 15+ years in brand marketing with B2B and B2C exposure
- Deep experience building brands for the US xhfqzwm market (required)
- Proven track record owning and optimizing large-scale brand budgets
- Experience in brand measurement, reporting, and health tracking
- Familiarity with working with creative agencies;
