Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant based at Croydon Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm. You’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, helping with transactions, technology in the banking hall, and calls to our contact centre.
You’ll listen to customer needs, present options with a digital-first focus, build meaningful relationships, and work with colleagues to meet day-to-day and long-term financial goals.
