Tent Partnership For Refugees is seeking a highly motivated Specialist, Hiring Enablement in Spain to lead refugee hiring initiatives from Madrid and beyond. The role combines community outreach, NGO partnerships, and hands-on project delivery to help major companies hire refugees in Spain.
You will collaborate with NGOs, diaspora groups, and employers; organize events and training; and manage candidate interactions and records.
