- Managing, organizing, and processing customer contracts.
- Providing competent and friendly customer support via phone and email.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintaining, updating, and documenting accurate customer data in internal systems.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high service quality.

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following profile:

- Native or bilingual proficiency in German,



along with good Spanish language skills.
- Prior professional experience in customer support or administrative office roles.
- Enthusiasm for customer communication and a distinct service orientation.
- A structured, diligent, and dependable approach to your daily tasks.
- Confident and proficient handling of standard MS Office applications.
- High self-initiative and genuine motivation to thrive as part of an engaged team.
