AECOM is seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineer to join the Rail Systems and SESA team in Madrid. You will lead HF activities across the system lifecycle, embed user-centered design, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. This is a hybrid Madrid-based role reporting to senior HF leadership.
You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and interface with certification bodies to demonstrate compliance across UK and international rail programs.
