Acentecom in Spain is seeking a Lead of Retention to own retention performance across our DTC brands, turning customer behavior and lifecycle data into strategies that increase lifetime value, reduce churn, and drive recurring revenue.
This hands-on role covers email, SMS, subscriptions, rebills, winback, and reactivation; you will build scalable processes, collaborate with Creative, CRO, Media, CX, and Payments, and transition retention operations in-house.
