AYESA ENGINEERING in Spain seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to support our growing international operations across more than 15 countries. You will provide expert corporate and commercial counsel, participate in restructurings and M&A;, and draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements while coordinating with external advisors.
You will act as Secretary to Boards of Directors, lead a small legal team of 3-4 lawyers, and help strengthen corporate governance.
