GeneMind is seeking a Field Service Engineer to own end-to-end on-site and remote service delivery for its high-precision sequencing instruments. You will perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, hardware troubleshooting, and training, ensuring maximum instrument uptime and customer satisfaction in a integral, fast‑moving environment.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines, 3+ years in hardware
