Are you an experienced professional in the construction sector passionate about sharing your skills with future tradespeople? Fundacion Laboral de la Construccion de Baleares is seeking a dedicated Vocational Training Instructor to lead accredited courses in Palma, Mallorca. In this role, you will teach professional vocational modules focusing on auxiliary masonry operations, brickwork, and roof structures, helping learners achieve their professional qualification.

Your primary responsibility will be instructing modules leading to the official Certificate of Professionalism (EOCB0208).

Your daily tasks will include:

- Teaching essential auxiliary building and construction site operations (MF0276_1).
- Providing practical training on preparing and applying mortars, pastes, adhesives, and concrete (MF0869_1).
- Delivering practical and theoretical instruction on masonry works for rendering (MF0142_1).
- Instructing students on the installation and maintenance of roof coverings and pitches (MF0870_1).
- Tutoring and supervising participants during the non-work practical training module (FEMPO MP0110).

To be considered for this teaching position,



you should fulfill the following qualifications:

- Intermediate vocational qualification (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio) in a relevant construction field.
- Official vocational teaching accreditation (Certificat Professional d'habilitació per a la docència or equivalent Certificate of Professionalism in Occupational Training) according to Royal Decree 659/2023, unless legally exempt.
- Relevant technical know-how in masonry and roofing works (if candidate pools are insufficient, certified industry professionals may qualify under Article 170 of Royal Decree 659/2023).
- No prior minimum teaching experience required (0 months).

Fundacion Laboral de la Construccion de Baleares provides a 5-month temporary contract starting on October 19, 2026. The position is part-time at 30 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday from 08:15 to 14:15. The total gross compensation for the 463 hours of instruction is €19,909 (equivalent to approximately €43 gross per hour).
