Project Finance Senior Associate (Solicitor)

LAW Absolute is currently working with a Top 50 city firm whose market leading projects team is looking for a banking and finance lawyer to join them on a 6-month FTC starting asap. You will have experience of advising a range of financial institutions including banks and sponsors as well as PE houses on a diverse range of financings, corporate, trading and commercial matters. This role sits within the energy and infrastructure sectors and so you will also have experience of dealing with all banking and finance aspects of investments and acquisitions of these kinds of assets. Due to the nature of the role and the level of responsibility that would be required, you will have at least 6 years of experience, demonstrate experience of both domestic and cross border project development work, have strong drafting, negotiating and client management skills and be able to operate autonomously.
