Supersonik is hiring a Founding Sales Operations Lead to build the AI-powered systems that run Supersonik’s go-to-market motion. You will design and implement the pipeline, source and route leads, and enable automation across GTM teams.
You’ll own AI-driven lead-gen, toolchain automation, and reporting infrastructure to surface pipeline health and account quality. This is a zero-to-one role with hands-on ownership in a startup environment based in Barcelona and New York.
