AI is building the operating system for R&D; in flavors, fragrances, food and cosmetics. You will join client sites to understand data, then build and deliver the platform, ingesting proprietary formats and integrating ERP/LIMS/PLM, with ML models on top.
The role demands strong software engineering and real DB work using Postgres and vector DBs, plus deploying AI in production. Direct client interaction, ownership of modules, and some long-term research at BCN are expected.
