As a Sr. Delivery Systems Engineer you will be working with CI/CD Platforms, Hands-on owning Jenkins, Artifactory, AWS EC2, Linux, Chef/CINC, CI/CD reliability, release support and production on-call . You will play a hands-on role supporting and advancing our delivery systems and applications across production and non-production environments. You will serve as a key technical expert for Jenkins and Artifactory hosted on AWS, with responsibility for the Chef/CINC automation that supports these platforms.

Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA and Operations teams, you will help improve CI/CD capabilities, support software releases, troubleshoot complex issues and ensure our delivery platforms remain reliable, secure and highly available.

Compensation Range

Romania: 29 5,000 – 320,000 RON Annually (gross)

Spain: 53.000€ – 64.000€ Annually (gross)

Other compensation: Performance bonus eligible

The presente salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors.

What You Will Be Doing

- Serve as the advanced Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Jenkins and Artifactory, owning architecture, administration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for instances hosted on AWS EC2.
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Chef/CINC infrastructure, including cookbooks and recipes supporting Jenkins, Artifactory, and related delivery systems.
- Own the reliability, security, scalability, availability,



and day-to-day operation of production and non-production delivery platforms.
- Partner with Architecture, Platform Engineering, Operations, QA, and Software Development teams to coordinate and execute software releases and deployments across multiple environments.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, configuration, deployment, and application issues while identifying and implementing CI/CD pipeline improvements and automation.
- Collaborate with on-site and international teams to support customer-facing and internal applications, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation, occasional off-hours deployments, and twice-yearly weekend releases.

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform release, delivery systems, DevOps engineering or a related role with a strong focus on CI/CD.
- Advanced production-level experience administering Jenkins and Artifactory or Nexus, ideally within AWS EC2 environments.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining Chef or CINC cookbooks and recipes for infrastructure and application configuration management.
- 3+ years of experience working primarily with Linux-based application platforms such as RHEL, CentOS or Amazon Linux.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services supporting EC2-based platforms, including EC2,



EBS, Security Groups, IAM roles and CloudWatch.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub and scripting using Groovy, Python, Bash/shell or PowerShell.
- Experience supporting complex software deployments, release coordination, CI/CD pipelines and production troubleshooting in multi-environment platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
