30m Race Boat program looking for chief rotational engineer,
Ideally experience at regattas, rotation is 2 months on 1 off rotation based around 8 regattas in 2027. This is an opportunity to be a part of a full race boat program as a rotational engineer in a shore and sailing role.
Skills and experience in hydraulics , electrics, PLC, performance optimization, Open to working as a larger team taking on 8 regattas in 2027.
Flexibility, good attitude, resilience excellent communication skills and IT administration.
Apartment/room in Palma provided as crew accommodation or allowance for own accommodation
Salary DOE, open to travel and race team environment.
Engine is 373kw which is above 350kw threshold so counts towards MCA engineering certificates
