Задачи

- Design bespoke digital experiences for hotels, destinations, and premium brands, from concept through final pixel delivery;
- Create and maintain scalable design systems;
- Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and development teams throughout projects;
- Raise the visual and experiential quality of the work.

Требования

- More than 10 years of experience designing digital projects;
- Proven experience with bespoke digital projects, designed from scratch rather than based on templates or themes;
- Expert command of Figma, including components, variables, auto layout, advanced prototyping, and robust, scalable design systems;




- A portfolio demonstrating premium websites, ecommerce, and digital products;
- Exceptional aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail;
- Ability to understand the business goals behind design, including conversion, customer journey, and brand;
- Full autonomy and the ability to defend design decisions with sound judgment and data;
- Candidates with less than 10 years of experience will not be considered;
- Nice to have: motion, accessibility, tourism or hospitality experience, basic front-end knowledge.

Условия

- In-house collaboration is available on a full-time or part-time basis, or as stable freelance collaboration;
- Competitive conditions depending on experience;
- Offices in Barcelona.
