Overview As Data Risk Lead, you safeguard data flows, architecture, and privacy, aligning with Schneider Electric's Trust Charter. You will drive data risk governance, privacy programs, and compliance initiatives at scale, collaborating with Data Offices and cross-functional teams. You'll translate complex data risk topics into executive-ready insights and establish mature controls and dashboards. This role supports a general digital transformation aimed at trusted data and secure, compliant data practices across the company.

Responsabilidades Lead the data risk management program, focusing on data privacy and protection, rolling out policies, controls, standards and maturity measures
Drive data risk and security portfolio initiatives, including privacy and data protection programs
Support governance topics such as risk assessments, privacy reviews, DPIAs, data residence/localization




Engage Data Officers and Data Domains to provide guidance and mentorship on data risk
Animate innovation and knowledge exchange on data risk best practices, education and awareness
Use incident, assessment and audit learnings to steer data risk strategy and provide management dashboards
Manage ISO 27710 compliance and drive maturity
Collaborate with internal and external teams to reach objectives and deliver training on data risk and privacy policies
Requisitos principales Industry-recognized privacy certification (e.g., CIPT or CIPP/E) and/or university degree
External or internal consulting/IT advisory experience
Experience with data security in other SE areas (product or digital), including data classification or data leakage
Ability to distill complexities into executive-level summaries (e.g., 1-page PowerPoint)
