Overview

In this role you will shape a scalable, data-driven People function at Contentsquare, aligning global processes with senior leadership. You’ll drive Workday strategy, governance and cross-functional delivery while enabling automation and AI. You’ll partner with Legal, Audit and Compliance to strengthen controls and data security. This is a chance to influence the global operating model and build smarter People tech.

Responsabilidades

- Integral People Governance: align processes across regions and serve as escalation point for Workday and People data matters
- Workday, Automation & Transformation: translate needs into technical requirements, shape Workday roadmap, drive automation initiatives with Transformation
- People Data & Analytics:



ensure data integrity, enable advanced analytics and secure access to sensitive data
- Cross-functional Delivery: lead major People cycles (e.g., performance and compensation) and manage change, communication, and training

Requisitos principales

- Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday or related fields
- Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
- Interest in automation, AI and future of People Technology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
