As a Cash Applications Analyst at TD SYNNEX you ensure accurate allocation of customer payments and maintain clean accounts. You’ll support cash app activities, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Credit & Collections to keep balances correct. This role offers exposure to global finance operations within a collaborative, international team. You will work on payment processing, reconciliations, and SOX/internal controls, contributing to reliable financial reporting and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

- Process and allocate incoming customer payments accurately and on time
- Manage the Direct Debit process from start to finish
- Perform end-to-end credit card reconciliation activities




- Handle cheque and bill of exchange processing
- Investigate and resolve payment-related queries
- Reconcile cash-in-transit accounts
- Support SOX compliance and internal control processes

Requisitos principales

- Vocational qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- No previous professional experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with data xkdbapo and financial information
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
