Capitole is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to shipping GenAI/NLP models to production in Python. You’ll work in a lean 5–6 person squad on 3–4 projects, owning the technical solution end-to-end with a focus on production-ready GenAI features.
The role requires 3–5 years of production AI/ML experience, strong Python, and experience with NLP/LLM projects. Hybrid work in Barcelona, with English for team communication; training budgets and adaptable hours are offered.
