Overview

As an HR Administration Specialist, you will deliver operational HR services within Managed Payroll Services and BPO, concentrating on accurate, process-driven HR operations. You partner with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and data integrity. You will handle core HR processes and contribute to governance and improvement initiatives. This role offers exposure to scalable HR operations in a European provider with a general reach, plus development opportunities through ongoing training and mobility.

Responsabilidades

- Time and absence management

- HR master data maintenance and updates
- Coordinate and monitor HR service delivery and SLAs
- Process and validate HR data and employee transactions




- Collaborate with customers, country teams, and stakeholders
- Support local HR process governance and adherence to standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support localization activities and manage process deviations

Requisitos principales

- 2 years experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll Administration or BPO environments
- Mandatory Swedish Personal Number (Personnummer) and Swedish BankID
- Strong focus on administrative HR processes and data management
- Experience handling employee records, absences, benefits, pensions, or related HR transactions
- Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment with strong attention to detail
- Experience with SLAs and service delivery models is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; Swedish is a strong advantage
