Overview

As Director, Global Repair Operations you will define and lead the global strategy for Sonova’s repair network, aligning regional capabilities with the company’s circularity and performance goals. You will shape the operating model, footprint, and multi-year roadmap to improve refurbishment, reprocessing, and reverse logistics. You’ll drive digitalization, automation, and governance to boost quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability. This role offers strategic impact across functions and regions, with a clear focus on transforming a global repair network. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver measurable improvements and scalable operations.

Responsabilidades

- Define and execute the global strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for the repair network
- Optimize network footprint, site roles, capacity, capabilities, technologies, processes, and investments
- Lead end-to-end refurbishment, reprocessing, and reverse logistics improvements and standardization
- Drive digitalization, automation,



and continuous improvement to enhance quality, productivity, and service performance
- Establish global performance measures and governance across quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity, and sustainability
- Develop business cases and recommendations for technology, automation, and investment priorities
- Build cross-functional partnerships and lead a general community of repair and circular-operations leaders

Requisitos principales

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related discipline
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing
- Strong expertise in capacity planning, network optimization, operational excellence, and process standardization
- Strategic and analytical thinking with business/financial acumen and ability to develop investment proposals
- Hands-on, pragmatic leadership with ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions and sites
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
