Overview

As General Manager for Iberia and Italy, you will drive sustainable growth in a high-potential region within breast and skeletal health. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to strengthen customer partnerships and expand market presence in imaging, screening, and women’s health solutions. You will shape strategy, oversee capital equipment sales, and drive value through service, software, and long-term partnerships. This role offers meaningful impact on early detection and patient outcomes, with broad regional influence and sales leadership across Europe.

Responsabilidades

- Define and execute growth strategy for Iberia and Italy across Breast & Skeletal Health
- Lead regional business performance including revenue, profitability and market share
- Drive capital equipment sales, tenders, and long-term partnerships
- Strengthen relationships with senior healthcare leaders, procurement, and clinicians
- Champion innovation in AI-enabled imaging and workflow optimization
- Coordinate with Marketing, Service, Medical Affairs, Finance, HR and Supply Chain




- Develop and coach a high-performing leadership team and drive transformation initiatives
- Improve customer experience and operational effectiveness across the region

Requisitos principales

- Significant leadership experience in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare technology or related sector
- Proven P&L; responsibility with track record of sustainable growth
- Experience leading complex capital equipment businesses and service/software partnerships
- Strong planning, forecasting and commercial execution capabilities
- Deep understanding of regional healthcare systems, procurement and national screening programs
- Experience navigating public-sector healthcare environments and influencing purchasing decisions
- Knowledge of breast imaging, diagnostics or women’s health is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with executives, clinicians and procurement stakeholders
