Xcede is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support a major LabWare LIMS implementation within an Analytical R&D; environment in Spain.
You will lead people, process and operational change activities to ensure adoption of the new system across laboratory, quality and operational teams. The role partners with project managers and stakeholders to design change strategies, training and communications to enable a successful go-live.
