Hosco is the world's hospitality talent network, connecting millions of talents with leading employers in the hospitality industry. It serves both hospitality professionals and the companies that hire them.

Задачи:

- Design the mobile app experience for iOS and Android from concept to production-ready files
- Design UX and UI across web, product, and campaign touchpoints with a mobile-first approach
- Map flows, wireframes, and prototypes through to pixel-perfect final designs
- Build and evolve the design system to maintain consistency as the company grows
- Work closely with engineering to ensure shipped products match the designs
- Contribute original ideas beyond executing briefs

Требования:

- 5+ Years of UX/UI experience with shipped product work beyond marketing pages
- Proven experience designing native mobile apps




- Deep understanding of iOS and Android guidelines, gestures, navigation patterns, and small-screen hierarchy
- Portfolio of interface and interaction work
- Strong attention to visual detail
- Mastery of visual hierarchy, typography, grids, and layouts
- Fluency in Figma, components, design systems, and prototyping
- Experience with B2B or SaaS products
- Established freelancer able to manage personal time and deliver quickly without losing quality
- Professional-level English
- Nice to have: hospitality, travel, or lifestyle experience, Spanish or French, motion and micro-interaction design, HTML/CSS literacy, AI-assisted design workflows
