Overview

In this role you will provide practical privacy and data protection guidance to enable global business growth. You’ll work within the Global Data Protection Team to align initiatives with GDPR and other regulatory standards, supporting new products and operations. You’ll influence across functions, conduct DPIAs and data mapping, and help shape privacy policy and AI governance. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with impact on risk management and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

- Provide legal advice on data protection under GDPR
- Offer risk-based privacy guidance for new products and initiatives
- Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements
- Conduct privacy due diligence for onboarding third-party service providers
- Support data mapping and DPIA exercises across the business
- Develop and maintain general privacy policies, notices, and procedures




- Prepare and deliver privacy communications to DH Group boards and leadership
- Perform privacy maturity audits and coordinate remediation
- Manage investigations or inquiries with data protection authorities and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to AI governance frameworks

Requisitos principales

- 2-3 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas
- Law degree (Bachelor or comparable)
- EU privacy law expertise (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent English; additional Polish, Spanish or German a plus
- Experience advising online tech companies and data-driven businesses across jurisdictions is a plus
