Overview

As part of Integrated Planning (TADIP) you will shape workload and workforce planning across Airbus Defence and Space Getafe. You’ll integrate AI and ML tools into planning architectures, build and deploy engineering tools via CI/CD, and support top management with data-driven insights. You will work on cross-programme planning, performance analysis, and automation to improve security and efficiency. This role offers a unique chance to influence programme performance and resource balance in a multinational, innovative environment. You will collaborate with engineering leaders to drive transformation and scalable, modular solutions.

Responsabilidades

- Integrate and model AI tools within Planning department architecture
- Design, develop and deploy engineering tools following CI/CD principles
- Create modular, reusable code for tools and microservices
- Incorporate infrastructure into CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments




- Ensure workload data consistency
- Develop and deploy AI/ML tools to support MyWorkload+ and Bidplus
- Support workload planning exercises (OP, FC, EAC) for the engineering perimeter
- Improve development practices, performance, and security
- Support top management reports and tool generation

Requisitos principales

- Education: Software Engineering degree or equivalent
- Experience: at least 5 years as Expert Net Architect
- Development with .NET Core; MVC/EF/LINQ; C#, JavaScript, HTML
- Database optimization/Administration (MySQL/MariaDB/Oracle/SQL Server)
- Microservices development; SOAP/REST communications
- CI/CD knowledge (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQ)
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Linux and Windows server administration
- Analytical, data-handling skills; proactive and team-oriented
