Internal Communication & Change Communication Specialist? Brussels

We are looking for an experienced Internal Communication & Change Communication Specialist to support a major transformation program within a large organization.

Your role will be to translate complex business and organizational changes into clear, engaging communications for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

- Develop and execute internal communication plans.
- Create communication materials (intranet articles, presentations, newsletters, manager toolkits).
- Support change initiatives by making complex topics easy to understand.
- Advise stakeholders on messages, channels, and communication approaches.
- Coordinate communication projects and measure their impact.

Your profile:

- Proven experience in internal communication.
- Experience supporting organizational change or transformation programs.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage communication projects independently.
- Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
