- Strategic alignment of macro portfolio objectives across planning cycles and core teams
- Provide cross-team guidance to synchronize outcomes and manage product scope trade-offs




- Drive visibility into cross-team dependencies and ensure seamless user experience across platforms
- Own the business case and ensure product solves customer problems while delivering viable business value
- Lead continuous discovery with the product core team to ensure value, viability, usability, and feasibility
- Internalize strategic context to keep core teams focused on high-impact work
- Foster cross-functional collaboration balancing customer, business, usability, and technical feasibility
- Maintain deep customer/domain knowledge and market insights to inform decisions
- Own customer value and viability risk, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Drive data-informed decision making and a proactive owners mindset across the product area
- Promote results-driven development and quarterly portfolio alignment with LCET and core teams
