We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer for a fast-growing, PE-backed fintech scale-up, serving thousands of clients across Europe. Following a period of acquisitions and international expansion, the company is now entering its next growth phase and is looking for an operational leader to drive this forward in Belgium and beyond. As COO, you will lead a turnaround operation — owning operational strategy, KPI management, process optimization and service quality.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Operations, Service Delivery or General Management
- Background in SaaS, fintech or another technology-driven environment
- Strong track record scaling organizations and leading change
- P&L; responsibility and a data-driven management style
- Excellent people leadership skills, with experience building high-performing teams
- Fluent in Dutch and English
