Business and Requirements Analyst (BRA) – Level 5

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Work Model: On-site, 3 days per week

We are looking for an experienced Business and Requirements Analyst (BRA) to support business process analysis, requirements engineering, and Agile delivery within a large international organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Business process and business model analysis
- Business and functional requirements analysis
- Business process modelling
- Data analysis and data modelling
- Process and risk analysis
- Contribute to business cases, project charters and security plans
- Support the preparation of Test Plans and Test Cases
- Provide high-level presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

- 11–15 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong expertise in business analysis and business process modelling
- Excellent knowledge of UML and BPMN
- Experience with data analysis and data modelling
- Knowledge of Information Systems and software development methodologies
- Experience working with large-organisation administrative business processes




- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge of PM² / PM² Agile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Certifications

At least one of the following certifications, or an equivalent, is required:

- BPMN 2.0

- PM² Certification
- IIBA Agile Certified Professional

Security Requirement

- Personal Security Clearance up to SECRET UE/EU SECRET or an equivalent EU Member State clearance is mandatory.
- Candidates will also undergo security vetting before receiving access to relevant systems and premises.

Working Conditions

- Brussels-based on-site assignment, with 3 days per week on-site
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with mandatory core hours
- Candidates must be able to work within the required organisational and security framework
