Key responsibilities would include:

- Planning and scheduling installation activities in coordination with customers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Administrative follow-up of installation projects from order intake to completion.
- Preparing and processing installation invoicing and related documentation.
- Acting as a point of contact for customers regarding installation appointments and project updates.
- Following up on installation-related complaints, identifying solutions, and ensuring timely resolution.




- Coordinating internally with Operations, Service, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure a seamless execution of installation activities.
- Monitoring installation progress and ensuring that all required information is accurately maintained in our ERP system.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within installation processes and customer service.

Profile requirements:

- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT applications.
- Bilingual (Dutch and French) is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative, planning, or operational support role is an asset.
