We are hiring a Country Manager to lead all technical operations across Mexico. This is a hands-on leadership role (part technical program management, part regional general management) reporting directly to the CEO. The person may initially reside in Valencia (Spain) and, after one year, must be available to reside in Mexico.





The mission of the Country Manager is to lead and develop the local entity to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability by effectively aligning market strategy, operations, and team performance with the company’s objectives.

- Direct and coordinate all country operations . Oversee the overall activities and business functions within the assigned country to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and local market demands.
- Develop and implement growth strategies . Propose and execute action plans to achieve revenue, and operational goals in the resident country.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships . Establish and nurture lasting partnerships with key clients, providers and business partners to enhance the company’s presence and reputation.
