Organizational context: The International Organization for Migration (IOM), a UN-related organization established in 1951, facilitates humane and orderly migration. IOM is undergoing a Business Transformation (BT) process, updating its global systems, including financial management and ERP, with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and EPM, known internally as Wave. This role supports the Chief, Corporate Solutions Unit, ensuring the ERP solution meets organizational objectives and remains technically sound.

Job purpose: The Oracle Financial Functional Stream Lead (Finance to Manage) is responsible for ensuring the Wave ERP solution, powered by Oracle Cloud Fusion, aligns with IOM's evolving organizational requirements and performance objectives. This role ensures the system remains technically sound through continuous platform updates and business improvements.



The Lead will oversee the Finance to Manage (F2M) stream, working closely with the Chief, Corporate Solutions Unit, Business Process Owners, and other ERP Business Relationship Managers. The primary goal is to maintain and enhance IOM's system-based finance processes, ensuring they meet current needs and support future operational demands within the integral transformation initiative.
