Payco is Allianz Technology's next-generation global platform for payments, collections, and financial subledger capabilities. Built by a small and highly dynamic team, Payco embraces AI-native software development practices from the ground up, leveraging AI coding assistants, automation, and modern engineering approaches to accelerate delivery and innovation.

As AI-Native Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of the platform, ensuring that business objectives, technical quality, and delivery milestones are successfully achieved.



You will work closely with architects, engineers, business stakeholders, and AI-enabled development teams to establish efficient ways of working, remove delivery obstacles, and continuously improve how software is designed and delivered in an AI-first environment.

This role combines delivery leadership, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and team coordination within a fast-paced and evolving technology landscape.
