As An Inside Sales, You Will

- Handle and qualify inbound requests from prospects and clients
- Present our products and solutions, understanding each client's needs
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience
- Once inbound flow is under control, dedicate part of your time to outbound prospecting to further grow the US/Canada market
