ICT Project Manager – Structured Cabling, Madrid, Spain Key Responsibilities Of The Role

- Fully understand and manage client expectations and specifications of Telecommunications Infrastructure Cabling on the Project.
- Management of all day‑to‑day site operations including Safety & Quality.




- Management of Project Schedule.
- Management of all costs associated with Project including:
- Labour
- Material and Procurement
- Plant and Equipment
- Variations
- Valuations

- Management of sub‑contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels.
- Attendance at Site Meetings, with client and internal team.
- Develop and implement company procedures with the team.
- Ensure change management is handled correctly (Cost & Programme).
- Close out of all project items including Final
