The Role
As Group HR Compliance Projects Associate, you will be a key member of the Group Employee & Labour Relations team, supporting the design and delivery of strategic HR compliance initiatives across Verisure’s international footprint.
The role is focused on translating HR compliance requirements into solutions, working closely with Country HR teams and Group stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, HRIS and other Group functions.
You will lead and coordinate cross-country HR compliance projects, from initial assessment and benchmarking through solution design, implementation and follow-up. You will act as a pragmatic project partner to countries, promoting knowledge sharing and consistency across the Group and you will bring a strong project management and analytical mindset, ensuring that projects are delivered consistently across countries while taking
