Your Role

- Provide Expertise: Offer technical support for connectivity. Resolve issues quickly. Keep the service steady.
- Implement Solutions: Lead new network projects. Implement these solutions across all Roche locations. From Campuses to Branch Offices, Data Centers to Manufacturing and Logistics sites.
- Drive Innovation: Work with cutting‑edge technologies.

Your Daily Tasks
- Support and Troubleshoot: Keep our network running smoothly. Fix issues. Ensure reliability.
- Collaborate and Advise: Work with everyone—technicians and non‑technicians. Guide them. Offer advice throughout the lifecycle of connectivity solutions.
- Maintain and Improve: Keep the network up to standards. Suggest and make improvements as needed.
- Manage Changes: Handle changes without a hitch. Follow all Incident, Change, and Configuration Management processes.
- Work with Vendors: Ensure external vendors and service providers meet our high standards.
- Design and Implement: Create and deliver new connectivity solutions. Push the network forward.

What You Bring
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- You bring over 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
- You have supported, troubleshooted, and implemented large and complex data networks (LAN, DCLAN, WAN, Wireless).
- You have worked with external vendors and service providers, particularly telecom carriers.
- You are experienced with infrastructure automation, including automated provisioning of network devices.
- You can work flexible hours, handle occasional overtime, and participate in on‑call duties.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
