Responsabilidades

- As a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will join the RUN team within our Cloud Service Center and act as a functional expert, playing a key lead and coach role for both consultants and clients.
- Drive service quality : SLAs, prioritization, KPIs, structured communication and risk management.
- Organize and secure deployments : releases to production, fixes, regression testing, documentation and knowledge
