Overview In this role you lead the field service team to deliver timely, high-quality service to customers from the Monterrey site. You will provide technical guidance, manage daily operations, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and service performance. You’ll report to the management team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize field operations and support business growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape service delivery within Honeywell’s automation and energy solutions portfolio, including HVAC/BMS/BAS systems and Niagara framework.
