Senior Electrical Engineer in Madrid leading design of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems for international projects. You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary design work, and ensure compliance with global codes (NFPA/US standards) while enabling delivering complex buildings and infrastructure. You’ll work within a global, multidisciplinary team to create sustainable, high-quality electrical solutions that support clients across sectors. This role offers exposure to international projects and a chance to shape engineering standards and processes.

Responsabilidades

- Lead design and delivery of MV/LV electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, emergency power, grounding, lightning protection)
- Prepare and review calculations, reports, specifications, and construction docs
- Develop electrical designs for small to large international projects
- Coordinate electrical designs with architecture, structures, MEP, technology, and specialists
- Make technical decisions and provide guidance through all project phases
- Plan and manage design activities, resources,



budgets, and schedules
- Mentor and support junior/intermediate engineers
- Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and QA processes
- Attend client meetings, prepare proposals and presentations, maintain client relationships
- Support construction phase with clarifications and site coordination
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and processes

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Electrical Specialization), or related discipline
- Approximately 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical design consultancy, engineering, or construction projects
