Overview As a Senior Associate in the HQ Legal Team, you own high-stakes labour litigation and collective labour matters, primarily in Spain. You will act as the frontline labour lawyer, shaping strategy, coordinating with labour authorities, and guiding external firms to manage risk and outcomes. You’ll advise internal stakeholders on complex employment decisions and own cases end-to-end, including disputes with reputational impact. This role sits at the heart of Glovo’s people operations and regulatory compliance, offering meaningful scope to influence labour policy and practice. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with a clear impact on the business and its people.
